We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Sri Lanka takes 2-3 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary by location (5-14 business days).

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our handmade soaps and foot soaks, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.

Yes! All our products are made with natural ingredients. We use premium natural oils (coconut, olive, castor), natural butters (shea, cocoa, mango), pure essential oils, and natural clays and powders. We never use synthetic fragrances, harsh chemicals, or artificial additives.

Absolutely! We love creating custom orders for special events, weddings, corporate gifts, or wholesale purchases. We can customize scents, packaging, and create personalized labels. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote. Minimum order quantities may apply for bulk orders.

To maximize the life of your handmade soaps, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a well-draining soap dish that allows air circulation. Between uses, let the soap dry completely. Properly stored, our soaps can last 12-18 months and actually improve with age as they continue to cure.
